To achieve this, the NX-70A utilizes a unique Harmonious Diaphragm™ in all speaker units, ensuring unified timbre from low to high frequencies. Made from a carefully balanced blend of PBO fiber ZYLON™ (*ZYLON™ is a trademark of TOYOBO MC Corporation.) —used in Yamaha’s flagship speakers—and spruce wood, also used in the soundboards of grand pianos, the result is sound that feels natural, cohesive, and deeply musical, faithfully reproducing both instruments and voices.
At the heart of the NX-70A is Synergistic Drive™—an innovative unified circuit design that allows the amplifier and speaker unit to operate in perfect unity. By connecting the speaker unit directly to the amplifier circuit, the system precisely manages electric current flow, minimizing distortion that is fundamentally rooted in conventional amplifier speaker interactions. As a result, the integrity of the original content is preserved, delivering sound with remarkable realism.
