Our first step on our road to reopening is our "Outdoor Retail" initiative. Starting this Monday, the 25th of October, we will move from our car park Click & Collect model to an outdoor pick-up counter setup. With this change, we will also allow for taking your order on the spot. However, we strongly urge you to place your order online and come on down for collection after receiving your pick-up ready notification to avoid wait times.
*Based on the latest Vic Gov roadmap, retail is looking to open on the 5th of November. However, we anticipate that by Monday, the 1st of November, retail should be allowed to open. All our preparations are based on this assumption. Rest assured, our showroom will open for walk-ins as soon as this announcement is made!
(Keep in mind though, Nov 2nd is Melbourne Cup day and we will be closed regardless.)
Once our showroom is open, we will adhere to all public health guidelines to do our part in keeping our staff and community safe. We are happy to let you know that all our floor staff are fully vaccinated. We therefore highly recommend all our visitors be fully vaccinated and respect our decision to ensure a safe work environment for all.
While the lockdown restrictions are easing and we begin a gradual return to normal business in Victoria, Radio Parts will be operating under the following conditions in line with state government regulations.
