HOW TO REDEEM

From the 1st of February 2023 and the 31st of March 2023, buy one of the above items to register & redeem your FREE Kasa 2m Smart LED Light Strip. Claims must be received online no later than the 7th of April 2023. Claims received past this time will not be eligible. Customers can only redeem this offer once during this promotion period on a single purchase. Only one claim per household address and email address.

Redemption is simple:

  1. Purchase one of the listed items and keep the receipt.
  2. Attach a COPY of the original itemised invoice and receipt paid in full. Please note the product must be purchased new. Secondhand purchases do not qualify.
  3. Complete the redemption form online at: https://www.tp-link.com/au/promotion/2023bts and upload a copy of the receipt and the serial number.
  4. Customers can only redeem this offer once in this promotion period on a single purchase. (One (1) single redemption per customer).
  5. The Bonus product is the Kasa 2m Smart LED Light Strip. (No substitutes will be made to the prize packs).

Information required to submit the online claim form

  1. Photo/Scanned copy of the receipt.
  2. Serial Number of the eligible product purchased.

You will then receive a confirmation email from TP-Link. They aim to process your claim as quickly as possible; please be patient as it may take up to 60 days for the LED Light Strip to arrive.
