Warehouse Storeperson

Available positions: 1
Location: 562 Spencer St, West Melbourne, VIC 3003

We are looking for a full time warehouse worker primarily assembling orders.
The successful applicant can work well in a team environment and be flexible to assist in other warehouse roles. They must have 'an eye for detail' to ensure orders are assembled correctly. We are looking for energetic candidates as some days the role includes manually unloading containers, stacking pallets and moving them with 'walky stacker' forklifts (no license req.)
The level of work experience is not a concern however competent computer skills is an advantage to be able to assist in the despatching of goods.

  • This is a Monday to Friday position. The position is a 40 hour per week with one RDO per month.
  • During the probationary period (3 months), performance will be monitored on a monthly basis. A police check is a requirement.

  • Radio Parts is within walking distance from Southern Cross and North Melbourne stations. Parking is available onsite.

Showroom / Phone Sales

Location: 562 Spencer St, West Melbourne, VIC 3003

We are looking for a full time worker for a sales position in our showroom.
We would welcome any applicant that can demonstrate great work ethic and intelligence. The level of work experience and gender are not concerns.

The successful applicant will have up to 3 month working in the warehouse to prove themselves, while also becoming familiar with the warehouse and inventory systems. If the applicant has successfully gained the necessary experience, they will then progress to a showroom position for a hands on experience. From there, they may wish to move to a phone sales position, dealing with major accounts and phone sales inquiries - no 'cold calling' is required.

  • This is a Monday to Friday position. The ability to work on weekends is preferred. The position is a 40 hour per week with one RDO per month.
    • Following a successful 3 month probationary period, you will be moved to the showroom where the salary will increase to $40K base + super + commissions.
    • For the showroom position, there is also an option for double time on Saturdays (if rostered).
    • A showroom sales staff will achieve commission most months with the amount varying between $100 to around $1.5k per month.

Returns Storeperson

Location: 562 Spencer St, West Melbourne, VIC 3003

We are looking for a full time warehouse worker primarily handling our returns and repairs.
The successful applicant can demonstrate good organisational, communication and mediation skills. The level of work experience and gender are not concerns.
The successful applicant needs to know the entire returns process from organising pick-ups, receiving, inspecting and sorting of returned goods and other warehouse related duties. Good decision-making skills are required with a sound knowledge of our suppliers’ returns and warranty procedures and policies. They would be required to communicate well with our own service technician, accounts and buying teams. They must be able to organise and perform all paperwork tasks and at times work with minimum supervision.
